Payment Policy: Tour Packages


Our payment policy is very flexible, we prefer to have 50% of the booking amount as advance payment at the time of confirmation & rest amount must be clear before 30 days of visitor arrival. And if the booking is confirmed within 30 days of tour start date then full payment is needed at the time of tour confirmation. Kindly refers to below bank details for Sublime Tours:

Cancellation Policy:

At Sublime Tour, we believe Visitors are having every right at cancel their scheduled tour for any reason, hence our cancellation policy is designed accordingly. Our Cancellation policy in accordance with the policies of the individual hotels and vendors. Therefore will be taken on a case to case basis. To cancel, please send a request to [email protected] quoting your booking details. We would take up the case and refund your money after deducting the minimum amount which depends on the specific policies of the concerned hotels and other vendors.


In case of Cancellation of Tour, we segregate total tour cost in two parts:

  • Hotel / Resorts Accommodation
  • Local sightseeing , Tour escort / Guide & Vehicle


Cancellation charges for hotel is as per concerned hotel policies & guidelines, concerned visitor Or principal tour operator will bear the Hotel cancellation fee 100%.


For Local Local sightseeing, Escort/Guide & Transportation cost, the cancellation charge is as follows:


30% between 30-20 days before tour

40% between 19 to 15 days before tour

50% between 14 to 9 days before tour

70% between 8 to 3 days before tour 

100 % between 2 to travel date or No show


Note:

  • Cancellation charges as % of Total Tour Cost (minus Hotel Cost)
  • Payment policy can be change at any point of time, without a notice as per the management decision.

Example:

If Total Tour cost is Rs 100000 & Visitor wants to cancel it just before 8 days of Arrival, then our process of cancellation is as follows:


Total Tour cost: Rs 100000

Out of which:

Hotel Booking: 55000

Vehicle: 25000

Guide: 10000

Other Expenses: 10000 


For cancellation, we first contact concerned hotel & the hotel room cancellation is on the basis of Hotel Policy. What ever we received from hotel cancellation out of Rs 55000, we just keep 10% of it as a service fee & remaining we will release to concerned Travel partner or Client.


For the remaining part of Rs 45000 for Vehicle, Guide & other services, we simply deduct 50% of it & remaining transfer to our Principal partner or Client. That is:

Rs 22500 will transferred concerned party.


Child Policy:

  • Child upto 4 years of age are complementary with parents ( Max 2 child, any addition to this cost 30% of cost per child with one additional bed)
  • Child from 5 year to 08 year are 30% of the adult cost ( with no additional bed)
  • Child from 9 year to 11 years are 50% of adult cost ( with additional bed)
  • Child age beyond 12 years are treated as adult & hence charge100 % of the cost.


Sublime Craft Cancellation policy:

From order confirmation date till product physical delivery 

  • You can cancel your order, at any time within 3 days from your order confirmation. 30% of the product cost will be deducted as service fee.

  • Post 3 days upto product delivery, for cancellation, charges are: 30% of the product cost + 2 way shipping charges will be deducted andrest of the amount will be refunded back to your account ( the account from which payment has received) within 15 to 20 working days

Product Return/Replace terms and condition:

We do not accept returns or replacement unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective craft, pleasemail us at: sujit@sublimetours.in on the same day you received the product with defect details & images.

The Product will receive if the item &their original boxes are in the same conditions as shipped to the customer.

After receiving the product we will examine it& notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund, a replacement or no refund as a result of the defect.
Replacement will depend upon the availability of the product of the samesize & incase we will not find the alternate  same size product, wewill refund you 100 % with in 25 to 30 working days. In case the product wasdamaged while in your possession, We will not be under any liability to process the refund/replacement
